General Guidelines
All research participants shall be given an e-copy of the Abstract Proceedings and Souvenir Program.

- All research participants shall be given an e-copy of the Abstract Proceedings and Souvenir Program.
- All research presenters shall be given the following certificates: (1) Certificate of Oral Presentation (2) Certificate of Participation while the research attendees shall be given Certificate of Attendance.
- All winners of Best Paper and Best Presenter shall receive Certificate of Awards and their names shall appear on the website.
- Keynote speakers, welcome address, resource speakers, Technical Working Group, etc. shall receive Certificate of Appreciation.
- Moderators, Session Chairs, keynote speakers/resource speakers shall receive certificate of commendation.
- Certificate of Attendance shall be given to those who attended the event for 2 days.
- Announcement of Winners is on Day 2 of the Conference.
- Virtual research participants are not allowed for the awards. However, they will be given certificate of oral presentation and participation.
Paper Submission
- The research outputs should correspond to the conference’s theme.
- Each paper will be reviewed and evaluated by the Review and Evaluation Committee based on the given criteria.
- Selected paper will be presented during the International Conference.
Abstract Format
a. The abstract should include the following:
(1) Research Title
(2) Name of researcher/affiliation, email address
(3) Body in IMRAD format
(4) Five (5) Keywords
(5) References in APA format
b. Use the typeface font of 12-point Times New Roman, Word Document format, single-spaced.
c. Email your abstract to: icari2023@psu.edu.ph not later than June 25, 2023.
Oral Presentation
a. The oral presentation will be conducted via virtual (pre-recorded presentation) and in person at the Thu Duc College of Technology in Vietnam.
b. Accepted abstracts will receive a Notice of Acceptance for Oral Presentation only.
c. Full paper will be submitted and to be reviewed by the Scientific Committee. Once accepted for possible publication, the researcher could decide to publish in local or scopus/springer proceedings.
d. A standardized PowerPoint Presentation Template will be given to all the research presenters.

CLUSTERING
a. All research papers will be clustered accordingly, or it depends on the researcher’s decision.
b. Evaluation of abstracts can be done by clusters using the following codes:
PROFESSIONALS | MEANING |
C1-P-001 | It means Cluster 1, from a professional, paper no. 001 |
C2-P-003 | It means Cluster 2, from a professional, paper no. 003 |
c. Coding for different clusters is applied during the evaluation of manuscript to avoid biases.
d. In each cluster, there should be one moderator, one session chair, and one technical support.
e. A google drive will be created for all committee heads to be updated on various documents, forms, and templates, abstracts, and manuscripts to be used and to be submitted.
